Ninja Tip - Write Posts ahead of Time; Why and How

This post is being written one day before you are reading it. That’s how cool Wordpress is! It is well documented that it is very Ninja to be a step ahead of everyone and write posts a day or even a week ahead of time.

This is leading somewhere, don’t worry. So if you have a day of extreme inspiration, avoid posting all at once.

Follow these great tips:

  1. Make a new post for a new idea - Obviously, don’t write a 5 sentence post; but don’t use ideas all in one post.
  2. Timestamp each of the posts for a schedule based on your posting schedule. For more info. So, why do you do this? Well, now you can post to the future and don’t have to worry about writing a posting every day, but you’ll still post everyday. Get it? Good. I have decided to start doing this ever since I went a whole week without posting. I could have avoided this if I had used a Timestamp schedule.
  3. Sit back and relax - Now you can just answer comments and focus more on visiting other blogs than posting!

As an additional tip, use your drafts section to store ideas for posts you haven’t finished writing yet. I would seriously recommend doing this so that your blog does automated posts, especially if you find yourself without time, or your internet doesn’t work.
